Uploaded images and related prompts may be sent to configured AI model providers to generate visual analysis, pet replies, translations, and other AI outputs. Please avoid uploading images that contain sensitive personal information, private documents, or content you do not have the right to share.

To improve the first voice playback response speed, the mobile app may prioritize the device's local TTS service. Local TTS may sound different from online synthesized audio saved in feed or history records and may not support every language.

The app may request permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone/audio playback, Bluetooth, local network, or storage access depending on the feature you use. You can manage these permissions in your device system settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are disabled.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, use infrastructure or AI providers, comply with law, protect users and pets, investigate abuse, or complete actions you request within the product.

We keep account, pet profile, uploaded content, analysis history, and community records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or handle user requests. You may request account deletion in the app or contact us. Some records may be retained when required for security, audit, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

PetDowntown is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review and delete the information when required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and avoid uploading sensitive personal content.
